1. De wedstrijden worden gespeeld volgens de regels van de "International Football Association Board" van de FIFA. De bovengenoemde tornooi-organisator heeft de benodigde toestemming tot het houden van het tornooi verkregen van de K.B.V.B. De tornooi-organisator stelt een tornooicommissie samen die verantwoordelijk is voor de gehele tornooi-uitvoering.
2. Arbitrage.
De wedstrijden worden geleid door scheidsrechters aangesloten bij de K.B.V.B. Grensrechters zijn enkel voorzien voor de finales.
3. Teams.
Teams die de goedkeuring van hun nationale voetbalbond hebben gekregen zijn gerechtigd aan dit tornooi deel te nemen.
4. Teamleider.
Ieder team moet worden begeleid door een teamleider ouder dan 18 jaar. Zijn naam, adres en geboortedatum dienen op de spelerslijst te worden vermeld. De teamleider is verantwoordelijk voor het gedrag van de spelers, zowel op het sportcomplex als in andere accommodaties, die voor de deelnemers beschikbaar zijn gesteld.

De voetbalbonden in Europa hanteren verschillende peildata voor categorie U19 (A-jeugd), de toernooi-organisator heeft dispensatie verleend aan teams uit België en Luxemburg (alle spelers geboren na 01.01.02) Dispensatie in alle categorieën voor teams uit Denemarken: 2 spelers geboren op of na 01.10. van het voorgaande jaar. Dispensatie in alle categorieën voor teams uit Engeland/Wales/Ierland: alle spelers geboren op of na 01.09 van het voorgaande jaar. Controle. De teamleider moet voor aanvang van het tornooi de spelerslijst waarop per speler naam, geboortedatum en rugnummer zijn vermeld, op het tornooisecretariaat overhandigen. Alle spelers dienen in het bezit te zijn van een officieel legitimatiebewijs dat op elk moment getoond moet kunnen worden. Dezelfde speler mag tijdens het tornooi slechts in één team uitkomen, tenzij besproken en goedgekeurd door de tornooicommissie.

7. Plaatsing - poulewedstrijden.
De ranglijst wordt bepaald door het aantal punten. De punten worden als volgt gegeven: winst 3 punten, gelijkspel 1 punt en verlies 0 punten. Indien meerdere teams een gelijk aantal punten hebben behaald, wordt de rangschikking als volgt bepaald: 1. doelsaldo 2. hoogst aantal gescoorde goals 3. uitslag onderlinge wedstrijd 4. loting. Plaatsing - vervolgronden. Bij gelijk spel worden strafschoppen genomen volgens de regels van de Internationale Football Association Board van de FIFA. Plaatsing - finales. 8. Wedstrijd.
Voor de wedstrijd overhandigt de teamleider de scheidsrechter de spelerslijst inclusief reservespelers. Per wedstrijd zijn alle 5 spelers (inclusief 1 keeper) van de maximaal 5 op de spelerslijst genoemde reserves inzetbaar. Er mag doorlopend vervangen worden.
9. Kledij
Indien vóór aanvang van een wedstrijd naar het oordeel van de scheidsrechter de clubkleuren van beide teams te weinig verschillen, is de eerstgenoemde vereniging verplicht te spelen in een tenue van afwijkende kleur. Rugnummers verplicht.
10. Disciplinaire maatregelen.
Indien een speler uit het veld is gestuurd of een waarschuwing heeft gekregen, zal de scheidsrechter de tornooicommissie direct na de wedstrijd hierover informeren. Een speler, die uit het veld is gestuurd of 2 officiële waarschuwingen heeft gekregen, wordt voor de volgende wedstrijd uitgesloten. Alle rapporten over wangedrag zullen door de tornooi-organisator naar de nationale voetbalbond worden gestuurd die deze rapporten zal doorsturen naar de betreffende andere nationale bonden. In geval van poulewedstrijden zullen alle resultaten van een team ongeldig verklaard worden, indien: - dat team zonder geldige reden niet op tijd aanwezig is; - dat team met een niet gerechtigde speler uitkomt; - door wangedrag van de spelers van dat team de scheidsrechter besluit de wedstrijd te staken. In de tussen- en eindronden, indien géén sprake is van poulewedsrijden, verliest in de hierboven genoemde gevallen het betreffende team automatisch met 0-3.
11. Protesten.
Protesten met betrekking tot beslissingen van de scheidsrechters zijn niet mogelijk. Protesten met betrekking tot andere aangelegenheden moeten uiterlijk 15 min. na afloop van de wedstrijd door de teamleider bij de tornooicommissie schriftelijk worden ingediend. De tornooicommissie besluit tevens over aangelegenheden waarin dit reglement niet voorziet. Het besluit van de tornooicommissie is bindend. Toernooicommissie : Dhr. Borra ; Dhr. Deseyn ; Dhr. 12. Wedstrijdprogramma.
De tornooicommissie heeft het recht om in geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden, het wedstrijdprogramma te wijzigen.
13. Aansprakelijkheid.
De deelnemende clubs zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor een adequate verzekering van de spelers. De organisatoren en EuroSportring zijn niet aansprakelijk voor persoonlijk letsel en verlies of diefstal van eigendommen van de deelnemers.
1. Rules. All matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the game as laid down by the International Football Association Board, as issued by F.I.F.A. The organising club, above, has received the necessary permission to host the tournament from the K.B.V.B. The organising club shall form an organising committee (tournament committee) which shall be responsible for all arrangements in connection with the competition.
2. Referees.
All matches will be controlled by referees affiliated to the K.B.V.B. Linesmen are only foreseen for the finals.
3. Teams.
Teams sanctioned by their national football association are entitled to participate in this tournament.
4. Team Leader.
Every team must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age). The name, address and date of birth of this adult must be printed clearly on his team's registration sheet. This adult will be deemed to be the team leader and he will be responsible for the behaviour of his players, on and off the field of play. He will be held responsible for the actions of his team within the sports complex and within all other facilities available to the group.

The football associations in Europe use different reference dates for category U19 (A-youth), the tournament organizer has granted dispensation to teams from Belgium and Luxembourg (all players born after 01.01.02). Dispensation in all categories for teams from Denmark: 2 players born on or after 01.10. of the previous year. Dispensation in all categories for England/Wales/Ireland teams: all players born on or after 01.09 of the previous year. Due to different deadlines - set by the national soccer associations in category B18 - the tournament organizer has granted dispensations. Age Control. Prior to commencement of the tournament the team leader must submit, to the tournament committee, a registration sheet which contains the full name, date of birth and shirt number of every player in his team. All players must provide proof of their age and identity. They may be asked to show this proof at any time. The same player may participate in only one team during the whole tournament, exceptions can be made after confirmation by the Tournament committee.
6. Duration of Play. U19/U17/U16/U15/U14/U13/U12*/U11** : 1 x 25 mins.
7. Placing matches - preliminary rounds.
The final positions of teams in the preliminary rounds will be determined by the number of points attained. The points system applied will be: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss. Where teams are level on points in their group the following will apply: 1) goal difference 2) most goals scored 3) the result of the mutual match 4) the drawing of lots. Placing matches - Intermediate rounds. In the event of a draw, penalty kicks will be taken in accordance with the system laid down by the International Football Association Board in order to determine the winners. Placing-finals. 8. Team Sheets and Substitutions. Prior to each game the team leader must hand to the referee a team sheet which must give each player's name, number and date of birth (including substitutions). For all categories it is allowed to use 5 substitutes per game. These players may freely be substituted on and off the field during a game, when the ball is out of play. The player may not re-enter the field until the referee allows so. Only 7/11 players, five substitutes and max. 3 coaches are allowed to enter the field. 2 Euro-Sportring - rules 2023
9. Every team is obliged to bring a second choice strip of contrasting colour. If, according to the referee, before the start of the match, the colours are too similar then the team mentioned first in the programme must change. Numbers obligated.
10. Discipline. When a player is sent from the field or is given a caution, the tournament committee will be notified immediately after the match by the referee. Any player who has been sent off or has received two cautions is not eligible to play in their team's next game. Note: All misconduct reports arising from the tournament will be forwarded to the National Association of the host club who will forward these reports to the National Associations concerned. In case of groupmatches ( = placing matches - preliminary rounds) all results of a team will be rendered invalid in the following cases: - if that team is late for a game without a valid reason, - if that team uses an ineligible player, - if the referee has to abandon a game due to misconduct of players of that team. In the intermediate- and final rounds (if there is no question of groupmatches) the team concerned looses in the cases mentioned automatically its match with the result 0-3.
11. Protests. The referees decision in all matters concerning points of play shall be final and binding, therefore protests in this area are not accepted. All other protests should be made only by the responsible team leader to the tournamentcommittee no later than 15 minutes after the match. The tournament committee's decision on all protests is final and binding. The tournament committee also decides in cases not foreseen in these tournament rules. 12. Schedule. The tournament committee has the right to alter the competition schedule should unforeseen circumstances occur.
13. Responsibility. It is the responsibility of each team to make sure that adequate insurance cover is provided fortheir players. The tournament organisers and Euro-Sportring are not responsible for damage to, and loss or theft of possessions or equipment of participants or clubs. They are also not responsible for personal harm or injury to participants.
1. Les matches seront disputés selon les règlements de la F.I.F.A. et de la K.B.V.B. L'organisateur de tournoi sus-nommé a obtenu l'homologation pour la mise en oeuvre de sa manifestation de la part de la K.B.V.B. L'organisateur de tournoi désigne une commission exécutive. Cette commission est seule responsable du déroulement du tournoi.
2. Arbitrage. Les matches sont dirigés par des arbitres de la K.B.V.B. Les arbitres de touche ne sont prévus que pour les finales.
3. Équipes. La participation à ce tournoi est réservée aux équipes en possession de l'homologation de leur fédération nationale de football.
4. Dirigeant d'équipe. Chaque équipe devra être accompagnée par un dirigeant d'équipe de plus de 18 ans. Son nom, adresse et date de naissance devront être mentionnés sur la liste de joueurs. Le dirigeant d'équipe est responsable du comportement des joueurs, aussi bien sur l'enceinte sportive que dans d'autres locaux, qui sont mis à la disposition des participants.

U11 joueurs nés le ou après 01.01.13** (7 vs 7) Compte tenu des normes imposées par diverses fédérations nationales de football concernant les dates limites de naissance, les organisateurs du tournoi se réservent le droit d'attribuer des dérogations aux équipes de la catégorie U19 de nationalités Italiennes (5 joueurs nés le ou après le 01.01.2002), suisses, belges et luxembourgeoises (joueurs nés le ou après le 01.01.2002) Dérogation dans toutes les catégories pour 2 joueurs Anglais / Pays de Galles nés le/ou après le 01.09 de l’année précédente. Contrôle. Le dirigeant d'équipe devra, avant le tournoi, remettre au secrétariat du tournoi la liste des joueurs avec par joueur le nom, la date de naissance et son numéro de maillot. Chaque joueur doit disposer d'une pièce d'identité officielle et la remettre lorsque celle-ci est demandée à titre de contrôle. Pendant le tournoi entier le même joueur ne peut participer que dans une seule équipe, a moins d’être convenu différemment avec la commission de tournoi.

7. Classements - matches de poule Le classement est déterminé par le nombre de points obtenus. Les points sont attribués de la façon suivante: match gagné 3 points, match nul 1 point, match perdu 0 points. Si 2 ou plusieurs équipes obtiennent le même nombre de points le règlement suivant sera appliqué: 1) la différence entre les buts marqués et les buts encaissés sur l'ensemble des matches 2) au plus grand nombre de buts marqués dans les poules 2 SIRENE CUP 1 – 2022 3) le résultat de la rencontre ayant opposé les 2 équipes à départager. 4) Dans le cas où il n'y aurait pas la possibilité de départager des équipes, il sera procédé à un tirage au sort. 2ème tour de classement En cas d'égalité, des penaltys seront tirés suivant les règles fixées par la F.I.F.A. 8. Match. Chaque équipe est autorisée à faire jouer le nombre maximum de 5 remplaçants (inclus un gardien de but) figurant sur la feuille de match. Les remplacements continus sont autorisés pendant la totalité du match.
9. Vêtements : Chaque club doit avoir une tenue de réserve aux couleurs différentes de la première tenue. Si, avant le début d'un match, l'arbitre juge que les couleurs des maillots des 2 équipes ne se différencient pas suffisamment, le premier club appelé devra jouer sous une autre couleur. Numéros obligatoire.
10. Des mesures disciplinaires Tout joueur averti ou expulsé sera immédiatement rapporté à la Commission du Tournoi dèsla fin de la rencontre. Un joueur expulsé ou qui a reçu 2 avertissements officiels sera suspendu pour le premier match suivant. Tout rapport de mauvaise conduite sera expédié à la fédération nationale laquelle en informera les autres fédérations concernées. En cas de matches de poule tous les résultats d'une équipe seront considérés comme nuls si: - cette équipe ne se présente pas à temps avant un match sans raison valable - cette équipe joue avec un joueur non-licencié - l'arbitre arrête le match par mauvaise conduite des joueurs de cette équipe. Pendant la 2ème tour de classification et les finales (quand il ne s'agit pas de matchs de poule) l'équipe en question, dans les cas mentionnés ci-dessus, perdra le match automatiquement avec le résultat 0-3.
11. Réclamations Les décisions de l'arbitre sont sans appel. Les réclamations hors du resort arbitral devront être déposées au plus tard 15 min. après le match et ce par écrit. 12. Programma de matches En cas de circonstances non prévues, la commission de tournoi a le droit de changer le programme des matches.
13. Responsabilité : Les clubs participants sont eux-mêmes responsables pour une assurence adéquate des joueurs. Les organisateurs et Euro-Sportring se dégagent de toute responsabilité en cas de détérioration, de blessure personelle et disparition ou perte de tout objet.
